TAC Fitness & Nutrition Meal Plan Menu January 27


It's getting closer to the end of the month and let's face it, we are going to start seeing people fall from their New Years Resolution. Well to those who are thinking about giving up, Don't!! Take it day by day and fuel yourself right in order to achieve those goals! Stay on track and don't lose sight of the finish line. Here is this weeks menu for all my TAC Nutrition Meal Plan grubbers! 

1. Turkey Breakfast Tacos with Salsa
2. Multigrain Pancakes with a Strawberry Sauce and Hard Boiled Egg
3. Slow Cooked Sesame Chicken with steamed Broccolettes
4. Baked Chicken Wings with Roasted Potato Wedges
5. Squash and Quinoa Salad with Kale and a Maple Vinaigrette
6. Spicy Shrimp Salad with a Citrust Mint Vinaigrette
